Welcome to Bristol Works!, a smart growth, mixed use, redevelopment project in the heart of Bristol, Vermont.
Bristol Works! LLC is a partnership of area residents and business leaders, committed to a common sense approach to the repurposing of the 5 ½ acre business park that was most recently home to Autumn Harp Inc., a natural skin care company.
Since the late 1800’s, the Bristol Works! site has been home to numerous manufacturing enterprises. It is our intent to honor Bristol’s manufacturing legacy and focus our efforts on attracting sustainable manufacturing businesses that pay livable wages and that share our commitment to being good neighbors.
Another aspect of the Bristol Works! project is the planned development of a diverse health, wellness, and recreation component. We are working on several key elements of these sectors that support our vision for a health and wellness “destination”. We will share progress updates as key milestones are met.
Finally, we are in the early stages of planning a mixed income, multi generational housing component on the campus. We are envisioning a limited number of compact, efficient, low maintenance cottages that will fit well within the existing neighborhood.
As we move forward together, we will continue to search for ways to increase economic opportunity, support a great lifestyle, and encourage opportunities to share the special sense of community that characterizes small towns like ours.
